The objectives of "Education Day" are to:

Promote continuing education of faculty, staff, and students at USU and its affiliated teaching institutions.
Provide interdisciplinary discussion of innovative and effective strategies used in health science education, and to
Facilitate transfer of strategies between and among research and clinical disciplines.

We look forward to welcoming you to this 6th annual program; and we are excited to explore different learning initiatives at USUHS.

The deadline to register online is midnight, Tuesday, June 4th, 2013.

2013 Innovation in Education Awards
The deadline to submit an abstract to be considered for the Innovation in Education Awards is midnight Friday, May 3rd, 2013. Full information is available at

Continuing Medical Education (CME)
The Armed Forces Medical Examiner System [AFMES] will provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for "Education Day 2013" AFMES designates this educational activity for a maximum of 5 hours in Category 1 credits towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. A certificate will be issued to participants indicating the number of CME credits awarded.
